For many years, we’ve proudly offered a flat-rate shipping fee of €89 across the Confidential U.S., and you can rely on that. If you need a quicker delivery or wish to ship to other locations globally, we can make it happen too.
We ship worldwide, including destinations like Canada, Australia, the UK, and more.
When Will My Order Ship?
Your package will ship within 12-15 days after receiving the University delivery confirmation. Orders placed by the cutoff time will be processed the next business day. Orders made on weekends or after cutoff times will ship on Monday.
Can anything delay my order?
Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. If you request proof of your order, please note it may extend the processing time. But once dispatched, we maintain a 99.8% delivery success rate.
Shipping Options
We aim to keep our shipping fees affordable. Our rates are calculated to ensure you’re getting the best price possible:
- Ground: €89 (4-6 business days after University confirmation)
- 2-Day: €129 (2 business days)
- Overnight (before 11 AM): €180
- Overnight (after 3 PM): €90
International Shipping

What Will the Packaging Look Like?
All documents are carefully packed in sturdy, flat packages to ensure their protection. Your package will not have any identifying marks related to our website, so your privacy is guaranteed.
Are there places you don’t ship to?
Certain locations are restricted by our courier or due to business decisions. These include Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and others. If you’re in one of these areas, feel free to reach out, and we may suggest alternatives.
Tracking Information
Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please note, tracking info may take a few hours to update.
Is a signature required?
Yes, all packages must be signed for upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, consider shipping to a work address or a hotel. Alternatively, you can leave a signed note for the driver to leave the package unattended (though they may refuse).
We also offer the option to have your package held at your local delivery hub for pickup at your convenience. Simply make a note of this request on your order form, and we’ll ensure it’s handled accordingly.
